I'm Joshua Alexander Ogba — a Nigerian business and technology professional with a background in accounting, microfinance, digital services, and business development. My work sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and entrepreneurship, where I help businesses navigate practical challenges, adopt digital solutions, and build systems that make their operations more effective.
I have worked in the microfinance banking sector, moving from marketing into IT support, which gave me a practical understanding of both the customer-facing and technical sides of financial services. Through Swiftkonet Digital Solutions, I provide digital and business-related services, including CAC registration and compliance support, digital solutions, printing services, and technology-driven business services. I also founded SwiftBiller, a digital platform focused on affordable, convenient VTU services such as data and airtime.
Beyond running businesses, I enjoy figuring things out — solving a technical problem, helping a business complete a regulatory process, developing a digital product, creating a marketing campaign, or finding a better way to automate a repetitive task. I've built hands-on experience across digital marketing, social media advertising, website development, AI tools, business documentation, corporate compliance, and digital strategy, much of it through combining formal education with self-learning and real-world experience. I also lend my time and skills to community and nonprofit organizations in an administrative and technical support capacity.
